Our Part-M EnOcean glass switches are powered by EnOcean’s energy harvesting technology and designed for the visually impaired, each press of the switch generates enough energy to send a radio signal to a relay for a totally wireless and battery-free solutions as well as being Casambi® Ready Smart Switches.

Radio Protocols Available

EnOcean works with groups such as the EnOcean Alliance, Bluetooth SIG and Zigbee Alliance, creating a standardisation with our switches communications with their systems. The energy harvesting and low-energy signals make their technology exciting and innovative within the industry.

Works with Casambi products via the Bluetooth Module.

Kinetic Energy Harvesting

The modules in these smart switches use EnOcean's technology which utilizes the kinetic energy from motion as the energy source for a radio signal. The nature of how they work, make them completely wireless, 100% battery-free and maintenance-free. The kinetic technology works by radio diagnostics and enables battery-free applications for EnOcean, Bluetooth and Zigbee.

Wireless Enocean Smart Switches

Retrotouch’s wireless and battery-free Part-M EnOcean light switches have been designed to be easy to locate for the visually impaired, with a black premium glass finish and white button, creating the contrast needed for those hard of sight. The switches come with a choice of three protocols, EnOcean, Bluetooth and Zigbee, available in white or black glass, with or without a chrome trim; and an option of one or two buttons.

There’s also the option of a Retrotouch glass frame surround for the magnetic smart button to ensure it matches the other switches in the range.
